Well, the brownies were a succes, everyone liked them. But I think I will leave it in the oven 5 more minutes next time, cause to my idea it was still a bit to wet.

A quick way to test them to keep them from being too wet or too dry is to use a toothpick, or the upper (clean) end of a broom straw. Stick it in and pull it out: if it comes out with batter sticking to it, keep cooking; if it comes out with chocolate on it, try again you hit a chocolate chip *G*; if it comes out clean or with a crumb or two on it, they are done. Use this for brownies, cakes, etc.
