Manga time !!!!

Here is a manga drawing I just made. For the first time I am actaully satisfied with it.

The bamboo background and the cherry blossom design are not mine, so no credits for that, but the rest is mine.

For Linda and others interested in the programmes I used :)
I didn't do this in Coral draw as I do not even have the program :S, but Photoshop and Illustrator are the ones I work with. I first drew the basis by hand, scanned it and traced it by using Illustrator, than I exported it to Photoshop and cleaned up as well as coloured it in. It was a bit of a hassle with the layers but it worked :)

And now for something different. About two weeks ago I went to Artis Zoo with my brother and his girlfriend. We had a wonderful time, with actual nice weather.
Ow and I met one of my favourite animals again, a pheasant, I love them. If you imitate the male sound the bird will start as well and will actually come so close that all your pictures will be out of focus :/ *G*

A close up of a strange, possibly exotic tree on the mountain.



A paraglider with suicidal issues. When landing he had to exactly pick a spot where the electricity cables ran through a field. His paraglide caught fire, but we think he made a run for it, as later we saw some electricity guys wondering around the spot staring at the broken cables in sheer confusion *G*

This is not Scotland yet, but Rotterdam where I saw a nice row of smeaguls on a boat.

A view from Ben Narnain on Loch Long. It took 3 hours to go up and 3 hours to go down and we did not even make it to the summit because I found just a bit to steep. But in the end it is not about making it to the summit it is about enjoying the beauty of the mountain and the surrounding landscape.
